Radio Media Speed Fm gave an award of Recognition to Dr Ehi Isa for her contribution to their Radio programs with “My Pikin” birthed and executed in the last Biennium.
The Nigerian Dental Association Edo state branch also gave an award of Excellence to Dr Adesuwa Urhoghide-Edigin.

MWAN Edo Commemorates the International day for the girl child with the theme : Our Time is Now! Our Rights! Our Future. Sanitary pads and dustbins were given out to the school girls in Benin city and Iruekpen after talk on health hygiene and the theme for the day was given.
MWAN Edo President, Immediate past president, Past Presidents and Exco were part of the NMA delegates to welcome the President of the World Medical Association back home from Berlin.

MWAN EDO held it’s OGM on Oct 5th 2022 in the Dental Centre in UBTH. Dr Ivie Ehizonaga and Dr Mercy Okoh gave talks on Halitosis and Women in Politics. A welcome party for new residents and new house officers also took place where the Immediate Past President MWAN Edo Dr Adesuwa Urhoghide-Edigin decorated the new residents and house officers with MWAN Edo scarves. A cake to celebrate MWAN members who passed their exams or was just promoted was also cut by the President Dr Ehi Isa, Exco and members.
MWAN Edo lost our oldest member who was a past National President, Past State President and presently a National BOT member. She was a permanent secretary to Edo state Heath Management Board before she retired. She was a goal getter, a peace maker and a mother to all. She would be sorely missed. May her. Beautiful soul rest in peace. Amen.
